An element of work life is Professional Development. Engaging with your industry can help you to improve your skills, learn new techniques, earn additional certificates, and stay current with technology. Some resources for professional development will be provided by your employer, others will be available to you through various trade organizations. These organizations often provide free resources, but sometimes content is for members only.
