Funding opportunities exist for all students at El Camino College. Some of these are through government offices, others are from local sources, and some are available through Trade Organizations. Visit the Financial Aid Office to search for scholarships and grants that are specific to your field. To get you started, please see the list below and APPLY APPLY APPLY! Scholarships - Trade Organizations

Aside from Federal and State funding for students, Trade Organizations, Unions, and Businesses provide funding for qualified applicants. When applying for scholarships, please be careful of frauds and scams. Reputable organizations will not ask you to pay for the application process. If you need help with any scholarship applications or vetting the organization, please visit the Financial Aid office, talk to your Professors, or come to the Library.

Mike Rowe WORKS Foundation

DEWALT Trade Scholarships
"Stanley Black & Decker has established the DEWALT Trades Scholarship to assist individuals attending a two-year college or vocational-technical school who are pursuing a trade degree/certificate in an industry aligned with the Stanley Black & Decker Trade Goals – including but are not limited to Construction, Industrial, Motor/Power Sector, Mechanics, and Technology."
