As we prepare for the upcoming poster printing, please ensure that you save your poster file in PDF Print format. This format ensures the best quality for printing and maintains the integrity of your design.
To save your poster as a PDF Print, simply select the "Save As" or "Export" option in your design software and choose PDF as the file type. If you're unsure how to do this, please feel free to reach out.
Please make sure you design your poster in the correct 48 x 36 size, and do not enlarge it from a smaller size as it will print blurry. If you have questions about this process, email your librarian mentor.

For this Research Fair we will be using a Gallery Walk style. That means you're free to walk around and look at other people's work, and also to stand by your poster and chat with people who are interested in your research.
We'll designate one half hour as the judging time, and during that time you should stand by your poster if you're comfortable doing so.
The idea of a gallery walk is to be more informal and more about showing your passion for your topic. Some pictures below show a typical gallery walk setup.
To clarify, there is no stage presentation in front of an audience component to this event!
